One flat price. No lead fees.
Eeda for pros
A page customers can find, call, text, and — if you like — book, plus leads near you to quote on — for a flat monthly price. No per-lead or per-quote charges, and we never take a cut of your job.

What you get
- Your own page: photos, the kinds of work you do (up to five), your services and prices if you want to list them, how you take payment (cash, check, Zelle and so on — names only, the customer pays you directly), your working hours (set them on My page), your base city, your website and a business email if you want one shown, and your phone number printed on the page with Call and Text buttons that use the customer’s own phone — no in-app messaging between you and the customer.
- A place to show your license number, your certificate of insurance, and whether you are bonded, veteran-owned, or family-owned — displayed exactly as you provide it, with the date, so customers can see it and look your license up with the state themselves. If you give the month your insurance runs out, Eeda reminds you before it ends; once it has ended, customers stop seeing “Insured” until you upload your new certificate.
- Before & after photos of finished jobs — up to 12 pairs. Tick that you have the homeowner’s permission and that no address shows; a person at Eeda looks at each pair before customers see it, for privacy and our rules — not to check who did the work. Pairs that pass that look show on your page, in its “Before & after” section.
- Reviews from customers: Eeda home accounts with a confirmed email address, one review each, written from their own experience with you. Pro accounts don’t write reviews. Nobody can review you twice, and nobody can review their own page. A person at Eeda reads each review before it appears on your page.
- Friends’ saves: when a customer adds you to My Pros and shares you with their friends, those friends — people who have added each other — see you tagged “Added by Sarah”: near the top of their search results and first in “Pros your neighbors and friends are using” on their Pros tab (the first row of pros, after the seasonal note and “Browse by service”) when you are near where they are looking, and in a “Your friends and this pro” box on your page, with what you did and the customer’s own words. Word of mouth, in the app. A save is the customer’s choice: nobody can pay for one, and the app won’t let you add your own business from a home account that has your page’s phone number.
- Leads near you: customers post the jobs they need done, and your Leads tab shows the ones in the kinds of work you do, up to 100 miles from your base city. Send as many quotes as you like — a price, when you could start, and a note — at no extra cost. You never see the homeowner’s name, number or email; if they like your quote, they call, text or email you.
- Lead alerts: they are on from the start — you get a notification when a job in the kinds of work you do is posted. Choose how far (10 to 100 miles) on your Home tab, once your page is live, or switch “Tell me about new leads” off.
- An “I take emergency calls” switch: turn it on if customers can call you for urgent jobs, and your card on the Pros tab and your page show “Takes emergency calls”. You decide when you answer.
- Online booking, included at no extra cost — turn on “Take bookings online” on the Account tab whenever you want it. List the times customers can book (tap “Set my times” on the Calendar tab: every day of the week has its own card — add a window you arrive in, like 8 AM to 12 PM, on a day, tick other days to put the same window on them too, and tap a time to change or remove it on that day only; a single date works too), and customers send you a booking request from a “Book now” button on your page while it is live — for any time in one of your windows, or for one hour inside it (an hour holds only that hour; the rest of the window stays open to other customers). Need part of a window free, like 1 PM to 2 PM inside 8 AM to 6 PM? Tap “Block off time in this window” under it: customers can then ask only for an hour around it, never for any time in that window. Every time, and every blocked-off time, has an On / Off pill, so you can switch it off for a while without deleting it and turn it back on with one tap; bookings already made stay as they are. You confirm or decline each request yourself; you have eight hours, and a request you don’t answer expires. Confirming a request made from a window asks “When will you arrive?”: confirm it as asked, or set the hour you will arrive inside that window (the hours you blocked off there are left out), and the customer is told the exact time. The job address and the customer’s phone number reach you once you confirm a booking.
- With online booking: new requests and the bookings that need closing on your Home tab, a Calendar tab with your next 14 days, a “done” mark when you finish, a no-show mark for the customer who was not home, and a switch, “Put confirmed bookings on my calendar”, that puts each booking you confirm on your own phone’s calendar and takes it off again if it is cancelled — the setting stays on your phone, never on your account.
- One public reply to every review.
- A link to your page you can share: once your page is live, tap “Share” on it in the app and send the link by text or email, or put it on your website or social media. Anyone who opens it sees your business name, the kinds of work you do, your city, your stars and how many reviews, your years in business, how you take payment and whether you take emergency calls on geteeda.com — not your phone number, email or photos — and gets the Eeda app to call or text you. Customers can share your page with their friends the same way.
- See how many people opened your page, how many saved you, and how many Call or Text taps you got — and, with online booking, how many requests came in and how many you confirmed. Totals only. Never who.
What it costs
| Plan | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Pro Listing | $50 per month or $500 per year | Your page itself: photos, before & after photos, the kinds of work you do (up to five), services, payment methods, your website, credentials, working hours, Call, Text and Email, reviews, online booking (turn it on if you want it) — and the Leads tab, with unlimited quotes. Paying yearly saves $100. |
Every pro who has claimed their page pays the same price. No lead fees, no commission, no percentage of any job, and no paying to quote — quoting on leads is part of your page. What you charge your customer is between you and them, and none of it passes through us.
How billing works
You subscribe inside the app, through Apple. Your page’s plan starts when you first send your page to Eeda (or claim a page Eeda listed for you): the app shows the plan, monthly or yearly, and Apple’s own purchase sheet asks you to confirm. The first 3 months are free — Apple’s free trial, given once per Apple Account (a limited-time offer). When they end, Apple charges your Apple Account, then every month or every year at the same price until you cancel, and, while renewal is on, we remind you about a week before the free months end. Eeda never sees your card.
You cancel in two taps — “Change or cancel with Apple” on the Account tab, or Settings, your name, Subscriptions on your iPhone — no phone call, nobody to argue with. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you are in; cancel during the free months and you pay nothing. Refunds are Apple’s to decide. Any later price change reaches every pro the same way — through Apple, with notice. Online booking is part of your page’s plan, not a second subscription: there is nothing extra to buy or cancel, and you turn it on or off on the Account tab.
If your page’s plan ends, your page comes down from search (and customers can no longer send you booking requests), but your reviews belong to your business and stay with it. Start the plan again and the page comes back with every review — no fee to return beyond the plan. If Apple can’t charge your card, your page stays up for Apple’s grace period while Apple tries again; after that it comes off search until you update your payment details with Apple, and then it comes back by itself.
How to join
- Before the app opens, ask to be listed with the short “List my business” form on geteeda.com: your business name, your name, your cell phone, and your city and state (your email and the kind of work you do too, if you like). iPhone first; Android later.
- A person at Eeda calls or texts you. With your say-so, they put your business on Eeda as a free page marked “Listed by Eeda” — your business name, phone number, kinds of work (up to three) and town, with Call (and Text, when your number can take texts).
- When the app opens, download Eeda, create a pro account with the cell number on your page, confirm it with the code we text you and tap “Yes, that’s my business” (on another number, tap “Is your business already on Eeda? Find it” and type the code Eeda sends to the business’s phone), tick your statement that you hold the licenses and insurance your work needs and that your page is accurate and current, and start your plan when Apple’s sheet appears (3 months free, a limited-time offer). The page becomes yours straight away; add your photos, prices and the rest on My page.
- Customers call, text or email you directly — or book a time, if you turn on online booking — and the Leads tab opens so you can quote on leads near you.
Is your business already on Eeda, marked “Listed by Eeda”? Eeda may list a business before its owner joins — from public business information, or from details you gave a person at Eeda. The page is live and free, like a phone-book entry: your business name, phone number, kinds of work (up to three) and town, with Call (and Text, when your number can take texts). Claim it to get everything else: leads (the jobs customers post near you), a place on customers’ My Pros lists, reviews, and your photos and prices. Create your pro account with the cell number on the page and confirm it with the code we text you, and the app asks “Is this your business?”; on another number, tap “Is your business already on Eeda? Find it” and type the 6-digit code Eeda sends to the business’s phone (a text, or an automatic call to a landline). Tick your statement and start your plan — Apple’s free trial starts then (3 months free, a limited-time offer) — and the page is yours. If a person at Eeda emailed or mailed you your page’s own link (geteeda.com/claim/ and a six-character code), it shows these steps with your page already found; the link itself can’t transfer the page — only the code to your business’s phone does, or a pro account whose confirmed cell number is that number. The listed pages stay in search until a date Eeda sets; if Eeda has your business’s email address, it may email you once a month with your page’s views, calls and texts (never in a month with no views, and with a link to stop the emails), and Eeda never sends you automatic texts about it, apart from a one-time code when someone asks to claim or remove the page. Rather not be listed? Tap “Remove this listing” on your page in the app or on the page your claim link opens, or go to geteeda.com/remove-listing.html.
Joining after launch? Create your pro account in the app — your business name, your name, cell phone, email, the city you work from and your website if you have one — and tap “Create my account”. Then, on My page, add the kinds of work you do, prices, payment methods and photos if you like, tick your statement and tap “Send my page to Eeda” (Apple’s sheet starts your 3 free months first, a limited-time offer). A person at Eeda reads your page before it goes live.
Did someone invite you?
A customer or another pro who knows your work may have texted you an invitation to Eeda with their own link. To accept it, make your pro account with the cell number they texted and confirm it with the code Eeda texts you — or, if you will use a different cell number, open their link first and type that number on its page. Before the app is in the App Store, you can ask to be listed with the “List my business” form now, and make the account on launch day. It costs you nothing extra: the same 3 free months (a limited-time offer) and the same price as every pro. The person who invited you may get a $25 Virtual Visa card from Eeda once you have paid for your first month. Eeda doesn’t text or email you about the invitation — it came from their own phone.
Know another pro?
Once you are on Eeda, invite them: on your Account tab tap “Know another pro?”, pick them from your contacts and send the invitation from your own phone. When they join with a pro account and have paid for their first month (after their 3 free months) and 30 days have passed without a refund, you earn a $25 Virtual Visa card, emailed to you by Eeda. One card per pro, the first person to invite a pro gets it, up to 20 cards a year. Visa is not a sponsor of Eeda’s invite program, and the card follows the terms that come with it, including any expiration date.
Stuck? Call (248) 509-4399 and leave a message, or email support@geteeda.com — a person at Eeda will help.
What we ask of you
- Keep your page true and current — especially your license, insurance, and prices. You are responsible for holding every license, permit, and insurance policy your work and your state require. Before your page goes live you tick a statement of your own saying you hold them and that everything on your page is accurate and current; we keep the words, the time and that it was you. We also keep a dated copy of your page every time it changes, for three years, so a later question about what a customer saw can always be answered — only a person at Eeda can see those copies.
- Only list a business you own or are authorized to run.
- Answer calls, texts and booking requests promptly, and say so early if you cannot make a time you agreed — for a booking, cancel it in the app so the customer is told. Mark a no-show only when nobody was there.
- Treat every customer fairly. You may turn down a job for ordinary business reasons, never because of who the customer is.
- A customer’s details reach you for one job. Use them for that job only.
- Quote only on work you can do and are licensed for, and quote honestly — no copy-and-paste quotes, and no phone numbers, emails or links in a quote. A quote is a rough price, not a contract: put the real agreement in writing before you start, as Michigan requires for licensed residential work.
- Never offer anything for a review or a save, and never create customer accounts. The full rules are in our Community Guidelines at geteeda.com/guidelines.html.
